Vanguard XXI, Transforming Leaders and Coaching Excellence

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Vanguard XXI ("Vanguard XXI," "we," "us," or "our") provides leadership development, coach certification, and executive coaching services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy covers vanguardxxi.com, the forms on that site, and the lead forms we run on LinkedIn and on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on our website, request information about a program, sign up for our newsletter, book a session, or contact us, we collect what you enter. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, employer, job title, and whatever you tell us about the program you are interested in.

Information you give us through an ad. When you submit a lead form inside LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram, that platform passes us the information you confirmed on the form. That is usually your name, email address, job title, employer, and your answer to the question about which program interests you. It also passes a tag identifying which ad you responded to, so we know which campaign to credit.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we and our analytics providers collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the HubSpot tracking code, the Meta pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Information from our clients. If your employer engages us to coach or train you, we receive your contact details from them in order to deliver that engagement.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Why we use it

We use personal information to:

We rely on your consent for marketing email, on the performance of our contract with you or your employer for service delivery, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business for the rest.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it with:

Service providers who work on our behalf. Our customer relationship management and marketing platform (HubSpot), our website host, our email provider, our scheduling tools, and our payment processor. Each one is permitted to use your information only to provide that service to us.

Advertising platforms. LinkedIn and Meta receive information about actions taken on our site through the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta pixel, and they hold a copy of any lead form you submit on their platform. Their own privacy policies govern what they do with it. See the LinkedIn Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy.

Coaches and instructors delivering your program, to the extent they need it to work with you.

Anyone we are legally required to share it with, or where sharing is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

If Vanguard XXI is ever acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may break parts of the site.

You can control how LinkedIn and Meta use your activity for advertising in your ad settings on each platform. You can opt out of many interest based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and marketing records for as long as you remain a contact plus a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep student and client records for as long as our accreditation and our legal and tax obligations require.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any message, or by writing to us. Unsubscribing stops the marketing; we may still send you messages about a program you are enrolled in.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comparable laws have these rights under those laws. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have them under the GDPR. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.

To make a request, write to anthony@anthonyrandall.org. We will verify who you are before we act, and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We operate in the United States and store information here. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
